Decentralized Rehabilitation Services:

•  Home Based Rehabilitation Program
•  Seven Community Day-Care Centers (CDCs) located in the Bethlehem area
•  Children's Cultural Center

The rational for establishing the DECENTRALIZED REHABILITATION SERVICES represented by the home based rehabilitation program and seven community day care centers in the greater Bethlehem region is to:

•  Reach as many persons with special needs, particularly children and their families as possible in their own communities at an early stage for early detection and intervention purposes.
•  Raise public awareness towards disability and promote the inclusion of persons with special needs into all aspects of community life.
